For the second time in 3 weeks, we rented a van from the Bury St Edmunds office .Shortly after making the reservation we had to temporarily hold the booking and nothing was too much trouble for Paul to do this. He then ,at very short notice on my behalf, made the van available to us .Excellent service . On the day it was Caitlin who dealt with the handover and return and was most friendly and efficient . I cannot recommend this company enough
