Stuart Clarke - July 2022

This was very short notice. I needed a van, and afraid to say I had gone to enterprise rent a van first. They had let me down on the morning of picking the van up. Terrible service. In a panic I went for option two 'rent direct' and they could not have been more helpful or caring. Sorted me out there and then. The lady who served me, sorry if I spell her name wrong, Katlyn was excellent.
