I needed to hire a car at short notice due to mechanical problems with my own car. Alan was helpful friendly and efficient from my initial phone call to the return of the car. He explained over the phone about all the documentation I had to bring to ensure a smooth transaction. When we arrived Alan courteously guided us through the hiring process and showed us around the KIA Stonic he had chosen for us as I had requested an automatic for motorway driving. Needless to say, the car drove faultlessly. Upon return of the car the hand back was just as smooth as the pick-up. Altogether a comfortable experience.
