Rented a van from Rent Direct yesterday, very reasonable price and excellent customer service. I collected the van from Will and also returned it to him this morning and what a lovely, helpful chap he is. He went above and beyond to help me when I stupidly left my car keys at home when I returned the van and I can't thank him enough for his help! He's a credit to your company and I will definitely use Rent Direct again.
